# TDOT STATUS vs Fast Stop Perks

The clearest difference is rating: TDOT STATUS at 5.0 against Fast Stop Perks's 3.7. TDOT STATUS also leads on update cadence (every 3 months vs every 17 months) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Fast Stop Perks's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TDOT STATUS holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fast Stop Perks has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
