# Gymwork vs ShredFast

The clearest difference is rating: Gymwork at 4.9 against ShredFast's 4.7. On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gymwork sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and ShredFast sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Gymwork holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 247 and 89 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Gymwork's written reviews are positive against 87% of ShredFast's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Gymwork ships an update every 4 days, ShredFast weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
