# Gymwork vs NextRep

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Gymwork at 247 against NextRep's 1. Gymwork also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gymwork sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and NextRep sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Gymwork against 5.0 for NextRep. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gymwork has 247 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Gymwork ships an update every 4 days, NextRep every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
