# Blast vs TraiNow

The clearest difference is update cadence: TraiNow at every 5 days against Blast's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Blast sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and TraiNow sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
