# CFA LEVEL 1 CALCULATION PREP vs CFA Test Prep

The clearest difference is monetization model: CFA LEVEL 1 CALCULATION PREP at free against CFA Test Prep's free with in-app purchases. CFA LEVEL 1 CALCULATION PREP also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). CFA Test Prep's advantage is ratings volume (31 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CFA LEVEL 1 CALCULATION PREP sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and CFA Test Prep sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
