# Wodify vs Aliso CrossFit

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Wodify at 17K against Aliso CrossFit's 7. Wodify also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Wodify against 5.0 for Aliso CrossFit. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wodify has 17K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Wodify ships an update every 5 weeks, Aliso CrossFit monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
