# Wodify vs Nucleus Gym

The clearest difference is update cadence: Wodify at every 5 weeks against Nucleus Gym's every 9 months. Wodify also leads on ratings volume (17K vs 2). Nucleus Gym's advantage is iOS requirement (13.5 vs 15.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Wodify against 5.0 for Nucleus Gym. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wodify has 17K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Wodify ships an update every 5 weeks, Nucleus Gym every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
