# CalcuSplit vs GridRunGP

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: GridRunGP at none against CalcuSplit's 1. GridRunGP also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks). CalcuSplit's advantage is ratings volume (20 vs 2). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CalcuSplit sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. GridRunGP asks for nothing beyond the download.

GridRunGP holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CalcuSplit has 20 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
