# PassBox vs RicordAI

The clearest difference is update cadence: RicordAI at every 2 days against PassBox's every 5 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PassBox sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and RicordAI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PassBox ships an update every 5 days, RicordAI every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
