# MindTwigs vs Mind Map

The clearest difference is monetization model: MindTwigs at free against Mind Map's freemium. MindTwigs also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 80%) and device support (4 vs 2). Both are free to download. MindTwigs sells 19 one-off in-app purchases and Mind Map sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for MindTwigs against 4.8 for Mind Map. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 10 and 6 respectively. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of MindTwigs's written reviews are positive against 80% of Mind Map's.
