Rehab Cover helps rehabilitation teams organize daily patient assignments and cover for absent staff. Manage patient and staff rosters, attendance, daily boards, upcoming changes and exports on iPhone and iPad. SEE THE DAILY BOARD Keep staff names and slot headings visible while scrolling the full board, or switch to the by-staff view. Search patients, staff and extension/PHS numbers, and find unassigned patients. SET DAILY ATTENDANCE Set on duty, off duty, unavailable, support participation and patient limits from the staff row. Attendance changes preserve existing placements and show patients who need cover, with reasons. DISTINGUISH PRIMARY THERAPISTS FROM DAILY COVER Review proposed automatic assignments before applying them. Candidate lists show patient counts, limits, scheduled discharges and reasons a staff member cannot be selected. Confirm drag moves before applying them. Change a patient's primary therapist using an effective date, independently of the therapist assigned for one day. REVIEW PENDING WORK AND PLANS Check unassigned patients, cover needs, attendance, therapist and data issues. Track new patients, scheduled discharges and ongoing notes, then create the next day's board. Past boards and change history are retained. EXPORT AND BACK UP Create multipage landscape A4 PDFs for printing or sharing, and export CSV. English CSV is available alongside the original Japanese format for existing workflows. Export JSON backups and review contents and counts before restoring. The current data is backed up before replacement. JAPANESE AND ENGLISH The interface and output support Japanese and English. Names, notes and other user-entered content are not translated. Business dates, including attendance and effective dates, retain the app's Japan time (Asia/Tokyo) basis regardless of display language or region. ONE PURCHASE, ALL FEATURES The app purchase includes all features. There are no feature-unlock purchases, subscriptions or ads. Prices vary by country or region. No account is needed. Records are stored locally and are not automatically sent to the developer. Exporting or sharing sends the selected records to the destination you choose. There is no automatic synchronization between devices. Operating-system backups may include app data according to your device settings. This is a work-assignment organizer. It does not diagnose conditions or recommend treatment. Review assignments before using them in your workplace. RemoteBoot Pro's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.2). On ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
