# blue poke vs SFC Plus

The clearest difference is review sentiment: blue poke at 100% against SFC Plus's 30%. blue poke also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). SFC Plus's advantage is rating (4.1 vs 3.0) and update cadence (weekly vs every 4 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SFC Plus holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SFC Plus has 291 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of blue poke's written reviews are positive against 30% of SFC Plus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

blue poke ships an update every 4 months, SFC Plus weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
