# TaggAR vs Font Maker

The clearest difference is rating: TaggAR at 5.0 against Font Maker's 4.1. TaggAR also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4) and update cadence (daily vs monthly). Font Maker's advantage is ratings volume (2.1K vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Font Maker sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. TaggAR asks for nothing beyond the download.
