# Myth Matrix vs Mythrel

The clearest difference is rating: Myth Matrix at 5.0 against Mythrel's 4.3. Myth Matrix also leads on ads (none vs shown). Mythrel's advantage is ratings volume (25 vs 5). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Myth Matrix sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Mythrel sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Myth Matrix holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mythrel has 25 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Myth Matrix's written reviews are positive against 82% of Mythrel's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Myth Matrix ships an update every 3 weeks, Mythrel every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
