# Clockout vs NXSTEP

The clearest difference is review sentiment: NXSTEP at 100% against Clockout's 62%. NXSTEP also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Clockout's advantage is ratings volume (8K vs 7). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Clockout sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. NXSTEP asks for nothing beyond the download.

NXSTEP holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7.
