# Clockout vs Automatic Network

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Automatic Network at none against Clockout's 18. Automatic Network also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Clockout's advantage is ratings volume (8K vs 3) and chart position (#120 vs unranked). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Clockout sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Automatic Network asks for nothing beyond the download.

Automatic Network holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Clockout has 8K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
