# Clockout vs VüMe Live

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: VüMe Live at none against Clockout's 18. VüMe Live also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (71% vs 63%). Clockout's advantage is ratings volume (7.9K vs 19) and rating (4.7 vs 4.5). On price, update cadence, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Clockout sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. VüMe Live asks for nothing beyond the download.

Clockout holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Clockout has 7.9K ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of Clockout's written reviews are positive against 71% of VüMe Live's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Clockout ships an update weekly, VüMe Live every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
