# Clockout vs Proposit

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Proposit at none against Clockout's 18. Proposit also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Clockout's advantage is ratings volume (8K vs 1) and chart position (#97 vs unranked). On price, update cadence, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Clockout sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Proposit asks for nothing beyond the download.

Proposit holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Clockout has 8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Clockout ships an update weekly, Proposit every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
