# MeadoWatch vs WASH

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MeadoWatch at 67% against WASH's 8%. MeadoWatch also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). WASH's advantage is rating (3.4 vs 2.5) and ratings volume (959 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

WASH holds the better App Store score, 3.4 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WASH has 959 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of MeadoWatch's written reviews are positive against 8% of WASH's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MeadoWatch ships an update every 3 weeks, WASH every 2 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
