# GACE Math Test Prep vs MentraLink

The clearest difference is rating: MentraLink at 5.0 against GACE Math Test Prep's 4.4. MentraLink also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 9 months). GACE Math Test Prep's advantage is ratings volume (23 vs 4) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GACE Math Test Prep sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month and MentraLink sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MentraLink holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GACE Math Test Prep has 23 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

GACE Math Test Prep ships an update every 9 months, MentraLink monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
