# kingbit vs Linea

kingbit and Linea both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 88% of kingbit's written reviews are positive against 50% of Linea's. kingbit also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks). Linea's advantage is ratings volume (424 vs 13) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. kingbit sells 8 one-off in-app purchases and Linea sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

kingbit holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Linea has 424 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 88% of kingbit's written reviews are positive against 50% of Linea's.

kingbit ships an update every 4 days, Linea every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
