# Simplexity vs Daily Planner

The clearest difference is update cadence: Daily Planner at every 5 days against Simplexity's every 2 months. Simplexity's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Simplexity sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Daily Planner sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Simplexity ships an update every 2 months, Daily Planner every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
