# Exempt vs Breeze Ride

The clearest difference is rating: Breeze Ride at 4.8 against Exempt's 2.1. Breeze Ride also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Exempt's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 7 months). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Breeze Ride holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 96 and 78 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 7% of Exempt's written reviews are positive against 0% of Breeze Ride's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Exempt ships an update fortnightly, Breeze Ride every 7 months. Both last shipped on October 15, 2026.
