# PSI Test Prep vs RandyAI

The clearest difference is rating: PSI Test Prep at 4.8 against RandyAI's 3.9. PSI Test Prep also leads on ratings volume (4.3K vs 7). RandyAI's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 65%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PSI Test Prep sells 20 one-off in-app purchases and RandyAI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PSI Test Prep holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PSI Test Prep has 4.3K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of PSI Test Prep's written reviews are positive against 100% of RandyAI's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PSI Test Prep ships an update every 5 weeks, RandyAI every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
