# Tel vs Mini Text

The clearest difference is rating: Tel at 5.0 against Mini Text's 2.0. Tel also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 7). Mini Text's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mini Text sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Tel asks for nothing beyond the download.

Tel holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mini Text has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
