# Shot Timer vs Skeet Shooter

Shot Timer and Skeet Shooter both sit at 4.1 stars, but that hides the real split: 50% of Skeet Shooter's written reviews are positive against 22% of Shot Timer's. Shot Timer's advantage is ratings volume (457 vs 2) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 14.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shot Timer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Skeet Shooter sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.1 for Shot Timer against 4.0 for Skeet Shooter. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Shot Timer has 457 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 22% of Shot Timer's written reviews are positive against 50% of Skeet Shooter's.
