# Bamrec Mentor vs iMentor

The clearest difference is rating: Bamrec Mentor at 5.0 against iMentor's 2.0. iMentor's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Bamrec Mentor holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iMentor has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Bamrec Mentor ships an update every 2 months, iMentor fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
