# Flex Dance vs Handy Craft

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Flex Dance at 100% against Handy Craft's 47%. Flex Dance also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 18) and ads (none vs shown). Handy Craft's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.2) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 34 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Handy Craft sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. Flex Dance asks for nothing beyond the download.

Handy Craft holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Handy Craft has 26K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Flex Dance's written reviews are positive against 47% of Handy Craft's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Flex Dance ships an update every 34 months, Handy Craft fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
