# Make Your Picks vs Pickster.

The clearest difference is rating: Make Your Picks at 5.0 against Pickster.'s 4.0. Make Your Picks also leads on ratings volume (163 vs 1). Pickster.'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Make Your Picks sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per year and Pickster. sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Make Your Picks holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Make Your Picks has 163 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 98% of Make Your Picks's written reviews are positive against 100% of Pickster.'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Make Your Picks ships an update every 5 weeks, Pickster. weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
