# EVie vs NCP

The clearest difference is rating: EVie at 5.0 against NCP's 4.3. EVie also leads on review sentiment (41% vs 12%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). NCP's advantage is ratings volume (95 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EVie holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NCP has 95 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
