# SFC vs BRDNG

The clearest difference is update cadence: BRDNG at every 2 weeks against SFC's every 20 months. SFC's advantage is iOS requirement (13.4 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SFC ships an update every 20 months, BRDNG every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
