# StbEmuTV vs Endless Event

The clearest difference is rating: Endless Event at 5.0 against StbEmuTV's 2.3. Endless Event also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). StbEmuTV's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 5 weeks) and ratings volume (51 vs 2). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Endless Event holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: StbEmuTV has 51 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

StbEmuTV ships an update every 4 days, Endless Event every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
