# QuadReal+ Home vs Parcel Pending

The clearest difference is review sentiment: QuadReal+ Home at 67% against Parcel Pending's 23%. Parcel Pending's advantage is rating (4.2 vs 3.8) and ratings volume (1.5K vs 4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Parcel Pending holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Parcel Pending has 1.5K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of QuadReal+ Home's written reviews are positive against 23% of Parcel Pending's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

QuadReal+ Home ships an update every 6 weeks, Parcel Pending every 2 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
