# BoldVoice vs ache

The clearest difference is ads: ache at none against BoldVoice's shown. BoldVoice's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs fortnightly) and chart position (#90 vs unranked). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BoldVoice sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and ache sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BoldVoice ships an update every 2 days, ache fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
