# DUPR vs proof3

The clearest difference is rating: proof3 at 5.0 against DUPR's 4.1. proof3 also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 19) and ads (none vs shown). DUPR's advantage is ratings volume (3.9K vs 1) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks). On price there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DUPR sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. proof3 asks for nothing beyond the download.

proof3 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DUPR has 3.9K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

DUPR ships an update every 6 days, proof3 every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
