# Pilates360 vs ALIVE

The clearest difference is update cadence: ALIVE at every 2 weeks against Pilates360's every 3 months. Pilates360's advantage is iOS requirement (9.0.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pilates360 ships an update every 3 months, ALIVE every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
