# Pet Friendly App vs QR Code

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Pet Friendly App at none against QR Code's 7. Pet Friendly App also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5). QR Code's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (13K vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. QR Code sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Pet Friendly App asks for nothing beyond the download.

Pet Friendly App holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: QR Code has 13K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Pet Friendly App ships an update every 2 months, QR Code every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
