The clearest difference is rating: Litany Language Learning at 4.7 against SpeakLingua's 4.0. Litany Language Learning also leads on ratings volume (32 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.4 vs 15.0). SpeakLingua's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Litany Language Learning sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and SpeakLingua sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
