# Synkitt vs Par

The clearest difference is rating: Par at 3.5 against Synkitt's 2.0. Par also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months). Synkitt's advantage is review sentiment (11% vs 0%) and ratings volume (7 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Par holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 2.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 7 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 11% of Synkitt's written reviews are positive against 0% of Par's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Synkitt ships an update every 3 months, Par every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and September 19, 2026 respectively.
