# E vs DVB

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: E at none against DVB's 1. E also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 17.0). DVB's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 4 months). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DVB sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. E asks for nothing beyond the download.

E ships an update every 4 months, DVB weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
