# Muna Flashcards vs Flashback

The clearest difference is update cadence: Flashback at every 2 weeks against Muna Flashcards's every 5 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Muna Flashcards sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Flashback sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Muna Flashcards ships an update every 5 weeks, Flashback every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
