# Learn German AI Conversations vs Study Shield

The clearest difference is monetization model: Learn German AI Conversations at free with in-app purchases against Study Shield's subscription. Learn German AI Conversations also leads on ratings volume (142 vs 1). Study Shield's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Learn German AI Conversations sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Study Shield sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
