The clearest difference is rating: יום100 at 5.0 against דרך's 4.3. יום100 also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.5 vs 15.0). דרך's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 16 months) and ratings volume (12 vs 1). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. דרך sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. יום100 asks for nothing beyond the download.
