# Bam Courses vs LYON Eats

The clearest difference is monetization model: LYON Eats at free against Bam Courses's free with in-app purchases. LYON Eats also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Bam Courses ships an update every 2 months, LYON Eats monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
