# FocusBrain vs Synthy

The clearest difference is monetization model: Synthy at free with in-app purchases against FocusBrain's subscription. Synthy also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (384 vs 123). FocusBrain's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.2). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
