# FocusBrain vs Taby

The clearest difference is ratings volume: FocusBrain at 123 against Taby's 1. FocusBrain also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). Taby's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FocusBrain sells 24 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Taby sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.90 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Taby holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FocusBrain has 123 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

FocusBrain ships an update every 3 weeks, Taby every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
