# The Sporting Base vs HaterPicks

The clearest difference is monetization model: The Sporting Base at free with in-app purchases against HaterPicks's subscription. HaterPicks's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 75%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
