Soma Invictus measures overall physical ability with one number. Complete twelve standardized tests across strength, power, endurance, cardio and flexibility, and receive your Level and your Rank: Unranked, D, C, B, A or S. The standard is the same for everyone. S-Rank is meant to be hard, and almost no one has reached it. Find your Level Start with a quick estimate to get your first Level, then replace each estimate with a real result. Your Level rises as your results improve, and each rank has four tiers (I to IV) so progress shows long before the next rank. Compete The leaderboard ranks every athlete by Level. Filter it by sex, rank and body weight, search for any athlete, and open their profile to see how they compare. Results are reviewed before they count, and estimated results are marked until they are proven, so the standings stay trustworthy. Train Log workouts with sets, reps and weight. A new personal record on a squat, bench press or deadlift is recognized automatically. Import a run from Apple Health, Garmin, Strava or a .fit file to score the 30-Minute Run. Check in daily and keep your Resilience score, which covers the ten joint exercises that keep an athlete healthy. Set goals Set goals with target dates, scored the same way as your Level, and track the distance to each one. Training program A program built from your own results and updated each time you retest, free to every athlete. In-person training Members of the Soma Invictus training facility also see their schedule, package balance and sessions in the app. Apple Health is optional. Sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate and runs are read only with your permission. Privacy Policy: https://claude.ai/code/artifact/485aa2d1-4e11-4c56-97d9-dbaec512a87f
