# HydroJug vs BÉIS

HydroJug and BÉIS both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 88% of HydroJug's written reviews are positive against 62% of BÉIS's. HydroJug also leads on device support (3 vs 1). BÉIS's advantage is ratings volume (11K vs 2K). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for HydroJug against 4.9 for BÉIS. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BÉIS has 11K ratings behind it against 2K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 88% of HydroJug's written reviews are positive against 62% of BÉIS's.

HydroJug ships an update every 4 weeks, BÉIS fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
