# Check Parcel vs Package Tracker

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Package Tracker at 50% against Check Parcel's 5%. Package Tracker also leads on ratings volume (97 vs 20). Check Parcel's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Check Parcel sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Package Tracker sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Check Parcel holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 20 and 97 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 5% of Check Parcel's written reviews are positive against 50% of Package Tracker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Check Parcel ships an update weekly, Package Tracker every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
